The Remote Management System (RMS) all you need to know

Zoom Thursday 29th April - 7:00 - 7:30pm start

Join us for this training session on our RMS system. All club members are very welcome!

The session will begin with a walk-through of the Sign-On process, both Remote and using the
touch-screen in the clubhouse, and steps for the ARO to enable a race and prepare for the start.
If you are "rusty" or need encouragement to feel more confident using the system, this is for you!
Particularly for members that have ARO duties, or might consider volunteering, a live demo will then
show all the steps to start a race, record the laps, and the boat finish positions. Also,
recommendations and tips on the best and simplest way to use the system.
Finally a look at How to postpone or abandon a race, and then restart it, and how to use the less
common race options such as Class Open meetings and Pursuit races.
This is intended to be an interactive session, so there will be ample opportunity for Q&A at key
points.
All members can gain confidence and knowledge from this session so please get a beer or coffee,
settle down and enjoy the Zoom session!
