Budworth Sailors Achieve Podium Success at Regional Events

It was a fantastic weekend for Budworth Sailing Club, with sailors achieving impressive results at two competitive events.

At Delph Sailing Club, Tristan Shaw delivered an outstanding performance in the ILCA fleet Open, finishing 2nd overall. Competing as a youth sailor, Tristan's result is a superb achievement against a strong and experienced field. Here is a link to the full results

Meanwhile, at the Midland & Southern Areas Championship 2026 held at Llandegfedd Sailing Club, Hugh Devereux secured an excellent 2nd place in the highly competitive GP14 fleet, demonstrating great consistency and skill throughout the event.Here is a link to see these results.
