    Gybe Talking Returns - Learn from the experts!

    Gybe talking this year will start on the 14th January. With the clubhouse currently undergoing its refurbishment project the decision has been made to relocate the Gybe talking series to a local pub as a substitute to run these popular events.     Festive Fun on the Mere: Boxing Day Bash 2025 Race Report

    A glorious sunny, but cold, winter's day greeted the sailors to the 2025 Boxing Day Bash in aid of the RNLI. Beaten to the water by the courageous swimmers of the Warrington Dolphins, not all in wetsuits, a fleet of 18 boats prepared for the racing.     The Budworth Sailing Club community gathered on Saturday 15th November for an evening to celebrate another outstanding year of racing and camaraderie at the 2025 Annual Prize Giving .     Philpot Pursuit Trophy 2025 Sunshine, Sails and a Splash of Rainbow Magic!

    Sunday's Philpot Pursuit Trophy at Budworth Sailing Club delivered one of the most enjoyable days of the autumn season, with 27 boats taking to the water for an afternoon of close and competitive racing.     Solo Sailors Brave the Storm for an Unforgettable Northern Series Showdown

    Sunday 5th October and storm Amy was still blowing strongly with 20 to 35kt forecast for Budworth.     Budworth Open Day - August 25th Bank Holiday Monday

    Budworth opens it's doors again to anyone interested in getting in to sailing or windsurfing! With joy rides on the water, boats and racebaords on display, and activities for the kids, it's sure to be a brilliant day.
