Duty roster - How to see your duties

Many of you may have noticed emails coming in recently informing you of your duty allocations for this year. We all share the club and it's an important part of our membership to assist with the running of the weekends we all love. I appreciate that sometimes the allocations aren't always convenient, however the more of us are able to make it work the easier it is!

If you would like to check out what duties you have or swap a duty that you simply can't make. Here are a few simple instructions to help you navigate our portal:

1.) Log in to the website using the "Log in" button at the top right of the webpage

2.) Once logged in, you will be directed to the members area front page. Here, you can view the duties you have been assigned in the "My duties" area.

3.) You can then accept the duties assigned to you, or request a swap.

4.) Finally, if you have requested a swap, you can manage and view the progress of your swaps in the "Duty swaps" page, accessible via the side menu, under the "My duties" icon we saw earlier.
