Ukraine Aid Appeal

Budworth Sailing Club member, Ben Downes, is helping Ukrainian refugees who have fled the war into neighbouring Poland. Huge thanks to Club members who contributed generously with their donations! 34 boxes filled with much needed items were shipped to a holding location in London on 24th March, and a further shipment is due to go this week. Ben and his friend will be heading off with all the donated aid to Poland on 11th April. Whilst the donations of specific items has now ended anyone still wishing to help can make cash donations to Ben which will be converted to humanitarian aid whilst in Poland.
