Thinks & Drinks - Splice the main brace or a little dyneema

Welcome to the seventh in the series of Thinks and Drinks. As well as entertainment and education for the evenings. Vicki will be providing a pie supper for the princely sum of £4 for those of us not finding the time to get home first. These sessions are aimed more to the novice racer who is looking to improve. Tonight session is a hands on practical on how to splice with Dyneema and Polyester ropes. Locking splices, Rope loops, split tails, tapered sheets. If you can make your own you take control of how your boat controls work, and save a bit of money
