Organised by: Budworth Sailing Club - Racing will be governed by World Sailing RRS 2021 - 2024, the rules of the ILCA Class association and the Sailing instructions.

RYA Racing Charter: Competitors should note that Budworth SC implements the RYA Racing Charter and all competitors are required to undertake to sail in compliance with the Charter, which can be found on the RYA website here

Boats - All competing boats shall comply with the ILCA class rules. Results will be calculated using the current RYA PYR handicap numbers for ILCA7, ILCA6 & ILCA4.

Safety: A boat shall be entirely responsible for her own safety, whether afloat or ashore and nothing, whether in the Notice of Race or Sailing Instructions or anywhere else reduces this responsibility. It is for the boat to decide whether she is fit to sail in the conditions in which she will find herself. By launching the boat she confirms that she is fit for those conditions and her crew is competent to sail and compete in them. Nothing done by the organisers can reduce the responsibility of the boat nor will it make the organisers responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, however it may have occurred. The provision of safety boats does not relieve the boat of her responsibilities.

COVID
At the time of writing, the clubhouse is closed with access only to a toilet. Changing is in the car park and there is no access to the gallery. The bar will be open for outdoor sales. This arrangement may change before the event, subject to new COVID advice.

Insurance: All entries must hold a valid certificate of insurance for racing at this meeting, providing cover against 3rd party risks of not less than £5,000,000
