Dinghy racing - The Start

Dinghy racing is what we do at Budworth. A key part of the race is the Start, get this right and you are in with a great chance. If you are on the second row, then often the race is already decided. The session will introduce key aspects of the start and will answer all the important questions..

• How do you know when the start it?
• How do you know where the line is?
• Where do you want to be on the line?
• Why is everyone else grouping at one end of the line?
